Biography
Though a native Clevelander, Hallie Bram Kogelschatz spent a decade living and working in Boston, MA. While living on the east coast she realized her passion for Cleveland and made it her mission to return and be a part of its revitalization efforts. She has worked on global, domestic, and local marketing campaigns for clients such as Napster, Cadillac, Stop Handgun Violence, Progressive Insurance, The Cleveland Clinic, and Key Bank. When she has some free time, Hallie enjoys running through the metroparks, sharing a good meal and great conversation with friends, spending time with her family, working on her graphic novel, and taking in some live music or a movie. Hallie attended Emerson College where she earned her BA in Media Communications (with an emphasis in Film) and double minor in Advertising/Marketing/Public Relations and Fiction Writing.

Biography
Eric Kogelschatz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Master of Arts in Advertising with an emphasis in research from Michigan State University. He began his career at Ogilvy & Mather on the Ford Customer Service Division account for the Ford, Lincoln and Mercury brands across all channels. While at Ogilvy he also worked on the United Way, Pulte Homes and Motorcraft accounts.
To concentrate his career on digital advertising, Eric moved from Detroit to Boston to work for Modernista! managing all digital work on the Cadillac account including product launches for the 2008 CTS, 2009 Escalade Hybrid, 2010 CTS Sport Wagon and 2010 SRX Crossover as well as campaigns for NFL Super Bowl XLIV and XLIII, and Tour de France 2009.
In September of 2009, Eric moved to Cleveland with his fiancé, Hallie Bram, to help the urban revitalization efforts happening in the rust belt region. As catalyst for this, Eric and Hallie co-founded shark&minnow to bring people together to create conversation and inspire ideas and positive change. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, shark&minnow organized TEDxCLE , the first ever TEDx event in Cleveland, Ohio to share Cleveland innovation, development and positive change with the world. At TEDxCLE 2010, speakers spanning topics such as health care, urban revitalization, art, and product development were united to spark deep discussion and connection amongst speakers and attendees alike. shark&minnow is currently in process of planning for TEDxCLE 2011.
While actively helping the community, Eric continued to pursue his career in advertising and worked at Marcus Thomas as a Senior Account Executive on the Nestle account managing the Hot Pockets brand on programs such as HULU, Facebook, Major League Gaming, Playstation and XBOX.
In order to encourage engaging and thought-provoking conversation and debate on the convergence of cognitive neuroscience and marketing, Eric organized and spoke at the 2010 SXSW Interactive Festival panel “Big Brother in Your Brain: Neuroscience and Marketing.”
Eric now works at The Adcom Group as Director of Strategy and Insights across all groups: Adcom, Optiem and Uppercut Motion + Sounds on brands such as the Cleveland Clinic, KeyBank and the Cleveland Browns.

Biography
Jessica is a native Clevelander with a passion for helping preserve history. During her studies at The Ohio State University, she completed a study abroad program working on an archaeological dig in Greece. Since returning to Cleveland, she has earned her Master’s degree in library and information science from Kent State University. As part of this program, she helped preserve some of Cleveland’s history by digitizing and cataloging the collection of The Cleveland Artists Foundation. During this time, she also held an internship at BVU: The Center for Nonprofit Excellence. Here she developed an interest in helping local nonprofit and philanthropic ventures. After graduation, Jessica accepted a position at the Foundation Center to further this interest. Jessica has recently joined the TEDxCLE to help spread the word on the good work that is being done in Cleveland.
