Rosetta Center and Holiday Inn Express, Cleveland, Ohio – In addition to developing and operating the 141 room Holiday Inn Express hotel, MRN also recently secured an office lease with Rosetta, the nation’s 7 th largest interactive marketing agency. The building serves as a cornerstone to Cleveland’s burgeoning “Mad Men” district of young, hip marketing and technology companies.
Doubletree Hotel at Tudor Arms, Cleveland, Ohio – This 220,000 sq. ft. adaptive reuse of the historic Tudor Arms hotel building in Cleveland’s University circle will open in the first quarter of 2011. With 154 rooms, two grand ballrooms and a historic swimming pool, the Doubletree Hotel will recapture the grandeur of this 1931 building.
