About this talk
When Eric and I moved back to Cleveland last year one thing that we were elated to find was that Cleveland had a rich and robust culinary scene. In preparing for TEDxCLE we wanted to make sure to draw attention to the reemerging importance of food and cooking.
Most of you may know our next Michael Ruhlman from his appearances on "The Next Iron Chef" or "No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain." Or perhaps (those of you who have a passion for cooking) know him from his groundbreaking book "Ratio: The Simple Craft of Everyday Cooking" and other literary works. +hb
